News is toxic \u00a0&#8212; both good and bad news.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Our<strong> 15% Up and Down Rule<\/strong> works. Sell when it drops 15%. Buy when it rises \u00a015%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">That&#8217;s it for today.
