The debt-ridden country must present a new list of reforms to its creditors before receiving its next cash infusion from Germany, etc. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras was in Berlin on Monday for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.<\/p>\n

Contention: She wants austerity reforms. He doesn’t. He’s right. More austerity would hurt Greece. But Merkel is big into German discipline!<\/p>\n

In Los Angeles’s Bel Air neighborhood, developer Mohamed Hadid is building a 30,000-square-foot spec home that he says, when completed, will have an asking price close to $200 million. It contains the largest residential IMAX theater. You read correctly: this is a spec house.<\/p>\n
