Elizabeth Warren on the upcoming commercial real estate crisis. <\/strong>She explains “Extend and pretend.” She explains how 2988 local banks are essentially broke because so much commercial real estate is in trouble. She also explains “see through” buildings. She explains why so many banks are in denial and why we’re seeing so few commercial real estate bargains out there. The woman is good, intelligent, logical and funny.\u00a0 I will not deny it. I think she’s cute. Heh, for a professor of bankruptcy, she rocks big time. Click here.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

That’s the fastest you’ll ever see on a home\/office installation (like what I have).<\/p>\n

The speed is great. But you need a fast computer. It’s truly great for watching videos full-screen.<\/p>\n

Other than the ultra-fast Internet speed, FiOS has been super reliable and has lots of TV channels we don’t watch, and all those we do.<\/p>\n
