He wrote:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: left;\">+ &#8220;To try to understand Netflix&#8217;s frustrating algorithm, I only watched what it told me to. The proposed bill applies to\u00a0deer, elk, antelope and wild pigs. It does not cover any animal protected by the California Endangered Species Act. If an animal is severely injured but not outright killed by the vehicle, this bill also would allow the salvager to kill it &#8220;in a safe, legal, and humane manner. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Two wild pigs. But maybe not for the year. Here&#8217;s Joel Ross of <em>Ross Rant<\/em> on growth:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: left;\">Q1 GDP growth is likely to be slow. Maybe 1.5%. First quarter is always slow due to weather, and this year was especially cold in January, plus the shutdown. Retail sales were slower in January, but are picking up in February, and are expected to remain good going forward. The full year is still likely to be 2.5%-3%, but there are too many unknowns right now to really forecast with any degree of confidence. One drag is oil prices, which means higher gas prices. Oil is now around $56-$57, up from around $47. That crimps lower income households spending.
