In comparison to Microsoft, Apple and Amazon, Honeywell has not done well.<\/p>\n But let’s say that you compare Honeywell to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq:<\/p>\n The moral of this story? Hanging onto a nice industrial stock like Honeywell will reward you. But hot technology stocks like Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft will reward you much more.<\/p>\n But the nice thing is that a simple Nasdaq index fund — like NDAQ or VGT — will do just fine (even better in fact) without all the agita — like trying to figure out if Honeywell is going to crash because one of its big customers — Boeing — is having some problems with its biggest selling plane.<\/p>\n The charts above all came courtesy Fidelity’s Active Trade Pro software, which I like.<\/p>\n Don’t do stupid<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Scarcely a day goes by without meeting someone with bandages around their ankle.<\/p>\n “What happened?” I ask.<\/p>\n “I misjudged the bottom step.”<\/p>\n “Were you holding the railing?”<\/p>\n “No.”<\/p>\n Just plain ducky<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Why give anyone (especially Facebook) your real email address?<\/p>\n Get yourself HarryFake@gmail.com<\/em> — except you can’t get that one.
