I’m not stupid. Someone’s got to be making money off biotech, other than insider-trading Senators.<\/p>\n
One answer is Pfizer’s partner —\u00a0BioNTech SE, German biotechnology company that develops and makes active immunotherapies for patient-specific approaches to the treatment of diseases. (That bit stolen from Wikipedia.)<\/p>\n
Here’s Harry’s biotech chart: It shows Moderna, Pfizer, Gilead, and BNTX. And for comparison ETSY. It’s amazing how poorly all our amazing pharmas have done — even Moderna and Gilead. But BNTX… that’s done as well this year as ETSY.<\/p>\n

In short, I’m off biotech and pharma.<\/p>\n

That makes the whole light more reliable.<\/p>\n My first time ever! I’m not buying a new headphone.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Here it is — the new Apple AirPods Max.<\/p>\n From the press release, “AirPods Max combine a custom acoustic design, H1 chips, and advanced software to power computational audio for a breakthrough listening experience with Adaptive EQ, Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode, and spatial audio.”<\/p>\n To do the noise cancellation, it has nine microphones.<\/p>\n Apple refers to these headphones as “a perfect balance of exhilarating high-fidelity audio and effortless magic. The\u00a0ultimate personal listening experience\u00a0is\u00a0here.”<\/p>\n And so it should be for $549, which I’m guessing won’t bend the needle for Apple’s earnings.<\/p>\n I wonder when I’ll ever need echo cancellation again.
