Put your outside AC condenser unit on a stand. This way the mice won’t nest in it, eat your wires and generally mess things up. Like they did mine which are resting on the ground. Stands are better for floods, too.<\/p>\n

He also writes:\u00a0Window units are noisy and inefficient.\u00a0 Use Ductless Mini Splits.\u00a0 The outside unit mounts on a wall or stand and the inside unit(s) is\/are connected with one small hole in the wall.\u00a0 Can be used as a heat pump too.\u00a0 They’re not expensive and can be installed in a few hours.\u00a0 I have one in my garage.<\/p>\n
