They weave between you and the bus or taxi you’re trying to board.<\/p>\n
And when they hit you, they drive off.<\/p>\n
Of yes, they have no insurance.<\/p>\n
Stock prices are overpriced, but….<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Money is pouring in from Europe, where the economies and governments of France and Germany, Europe’s biggest, are in a total mess.<\/p>\n Every investment letter I read says “Don’t invest in Europe (or China).”<\/p>\n Europeans know, understand and prefer the Magnificent Seven. That’s why they’re going up.<\/p>\n European startups don’t start in Europe. They start in Silicon Valley, USA.<\/p>\n There are two reasons: The culture and the cost.<\/p>\n + Culture: Working hard is a sin. Holidays are worshipped. Failure is a sin, etc.<\/p>\n + In Germany startups must have a notary read their full financing documents in person. The notary gets paid a percentage of the transaction size. Germany has devised a system that wastes both the time and money of its startup founders and discourages investors from participating.<\/p>\n Moodys just downgraded France. The New York Times just headlined,\u00a0 “Breaking news: Germany\u2019s government collapses”<\/p>\n Yuch.<\/p>\n Eric Trump Promises the \u2018Most Pro-Crypto President\u2019 in History<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Saturday’s New York Times, Dec 14:<\/p>\n Speaking at a Middle East conference, President-elect Donald J. Trump\u2019s son said his family had embraced cryptocurrency because some banks stopped doing business with them after Jan. 6….<\/p>\n President-elect Trump was initially a crypto skeptic \u2014 he called Bitcoin \u201ca scam,\u201d and said it was designed to undermine the U.S. dollar. But he started to embrace crypto on the campaign trail this year, as the industry\u00a0spent more than $130 million<\/a>\u00a0backing congressional candidates.<\/p>\n In September, Mr. Trump and his sons\u00a0started<\/a>\u00a0World Liberty Financial, a platform for investors to borrow and lend using cryptocurrencies. They unveiled a new digital currency, called WLFI, that was available for purchase.<\/p>\n The business got off to a rocky start. It aimed to sell $300 million of the WLFI tokens, which would have translated to a major windfall for the Trump family. After about two weeks, it had only managed to sell $2.7 million, according to a\u00a0securities filing<\/a>.<\/p>\n I asked Google for the price of WLFI. This is what I got on Saturday night:<\/p>\n World Liberty Financial’s price today is\u00a0US$0.000000000001286<\/b>, with a 24-hour trading volume of $2,426. WLFI is -2.16% in the last 24 hours. It is currently -36.62% from its 7-day all-time high of $0.000000000002029, and 8.16% from its 7-day all-time low of $0.000000000001189.<\/p>\n I bet you’ve never seen that many zeroes anywhere.<\/p>\n High-end appliances<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Once there were high-end appliances like Miele, Wolf, SubZero that were better.<\/p>\n Now there are appliances like LG, GE and Haier that are better.<\/p>\n I’m not going to freak out over Nvidia’s recent fall<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n It’s gone through falls before. Here’s this year’s chart:<\/p>\n There’s another reason to live forever<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Every billionaire and their uncle is signing up for Longevity centers. They catscan your full body and find false positives and positive positives.<\/p>\n I’ve read the bestseller books and attended the lectures. I’m 82 and want to live to 102.<\/p>\n I know all the techniques from eating right to exercising often, etc.<\/p>\n But The Big Thing<\/strong> I didn’t know was that all this health stuff makes your perform better now.<\/strong><\/p>\n That really motivates me.<\/p>\n Don’t believe me?
