My best-selling technology dictionary is now even bigger, -- more pages, more definitions, more up to date. Corporations in telecom, networking and computing use it for training. Telecom users love it because it explains the industry. Colleges use it in courses. Lawyers use it in litigation. The New York Times said it is "A fixture on the desks of many who deal with the technical world." An industry newsletter said it was "The one reference book we can't do without." An industry newsletter said "Pound-for-pound it is the best telecom book we have ever seen." Reviewers on Amazon have consistently given the book five stars. A feature of the dictionary is that many of the definitions are not just an explanation of the technology, but also a primer on how the technology is used. Do's and don'ts about using the technology. Tips from personal experience. What works and what doesn't. What to watch out for. Warnings. The latest edition now defines 33,889 terms. That's 44 years of hard work. Buy your copy here, please. Wow I thought people reading your blog would have a little bit more civil way of arguing with you. I will say this much for “get out of my country” people. This is NOT your country and never was. As much as I don’t like Trump, I have faith in democracy. After all what else we have?
this country is made up of immigrants. In fact, everyone living here is an immigrant or the descendant of one. Since I’m an immigrant and naturalized, where does that leave me?
Hey Harry. If you truly hate Trump that much and you want him to fail (or, like your ilk, want to see him assassinated) and he’s illegitimate, and he’s a spy, and he’s a racist and he’s evil and he hates women, blacks, Latinos, Muslims, etc…, why don’t you get the hell out of our Country and go back to Australia?! Why would someone so smart & intelligent as you, want to suffer under the foot of his rulership?! Quick get out while you still can! Take your God, Obama, with you. Asshole!
Heh, lighten up. It’s funny.
Moron Obama pardons Chelsea Manning? Even the liberals on CNN and MSNBC are outraged.
….and you complain about Trump, wake up.
I do think that was not a wise decision: but let’s make things cleared a little before calling names like “moron” which I find offensive for this forum -supposed to be for people who like to share ideas for investing-. He did NOT pardon her, he commuted he sentence -i.e. he reduced her sentence- and there comes his argument for his decision: he said, in his view, she paid her punishment to the society. Please keep the level of argument civil, otherwise you will confirm my believes for some Trump supporters.
Just have to say, SNL is almost as funny as Bill Cosby. Be careful when you blindly follow the masses…….sometimes the “M” is silent.
Harry I think your insane mayor Bill “asshole” deBlasio is a hell of a lot more funny than Trump.
You ever do a year end analysis on your stock picks/shorts shown on the right hand column? Not sure when you bought but if readers just followed your stocks on the right I think they would have done well – I would think you were up 18-20% for the year but not sure what was bought and sold during the year.
Guess again. Harry has a long history of buying after stocks have run way up and selling at the bottom.
I suspect Jerry’s opinion fits into the area of “fake” news.
You know I’m right, you spawn of Satan.
What did I do to be called The Spawn of Satan?
Yes, many readers have done well.
