Every thing can be made better with technology. Every one of my real estate syndicators is going to a software “portal” — which is giving everyone and their uncle a lot of business. And actually making life better for the syndicators’ clients, like me.

One thing about technology is that none of it is forever. Which means there are always opportunities. Right now the most invincible tech company seems to be Google. But today I read that Amazon is stealing more and more of Google’s product advertising business — the core of its business.
I just saw some speed tests on 5G. It’s 100 times as fast as what you and I are getting today. It’s phenomenal. More than enough for watching HD movies on the subway.
A wonderful exhibition by a talented painter
The man’s name is Jean-Michel Basquiat. One of his paintings sold in 2017 for $110.5 million, the highest ever paid for an American painting.
He wasn’t around, however. He died in 1988 of a heroin overdose. I’m guessing it’s not easy to wake up each morning with such dark images in your brain. The good news for you and I is there’s a phenomenal free exhibit of some of his work in New York at present. It goes to May 12. Susan and I went and were in awe at Basquiat’s images. Click here.

On March 15, 44 BC (the “Ides of March”), Caesar was stabbed 22 times by conspirators outside the Theater of Pompey, Rome’s first permanent theater. Soon you can visit it. Whoopee!
Harry Newton biking and tennising yesterday. New York was warm, had azure blue skies, and stocks were falling. But who cared, with that glorious Spring weather? Too many of my friends are not enjoying Spring. They’re holed up with “agonizing over big decisions.” I like big decisions. I don’t like agonizing. I like moving on. Have a great weekend.
I know art is very subjective, but I think my that I could dip my cat’s tail in paint and then have her walk around a canvas and she could create something as good as a Basquiat. Utter shite.
So try it. No one is stopping you.
