This is pure joy.
Watch Katelyn Ohashi, a UCLA gymnast, score a perfect 10 — and not the first time either. The woman is pure joy to watch.
These people are far too smart not to figure it all out.
Is Amazon finally stabilizing?
Netflix recommendations
Here’s what happened, when, for two weeks a Fast Company reporter watched what Netflix specifically recommended for him. He wrote:
+ “To try to understand Netflix’s frustrating algorithm, I only watched what it told me to. Thank god that experiment is over.”

I relate to this, sadly.

To feed the poor in California
If you hit something in California, you’ll soon be able to eat it. The proposed bill applies to deer, elk, antelope and wild pigs. It does not cover any animal protected by the California Endangered Species Act. If an animal is severely injured but not outright killed by the vehicle, this bill also would allow the salvager to kill it “in a safe, legal, and humane manner. “
Two wild pigs. They look delicious? Finally a free lunch. Don’t make a pig of yourself.
I should shut up while I’m still ahead.

Harry Newton, who notes slower growth in Q1. But maybe not for the year. Here’s Joel Ross of Ross Rant on growth:
Q1 GDP growth is likely to be slow. Maybe 1.5%. First quarter is always slow due to weather, and this year was especially cold in January, plus the shutdown. Retail sales were slower in January, but are picking up in February, and are expected to remain good going forward. The full year is still likely to be 2.5%-3%, but there are too many unknowns right now to really forecast with any degree of confidence. One drag is oil prices, which means higher gas prices. Oil is now around $56-$57, up from around $47. That crimps lower income households spending. Fracking has changed everything for the better.
