I’m not sanguine on the market. If you’re not also, short the SPY.
I wrote about that in my last column. Shorting the SPY has been been profitable. Click here.
See you October 13.

My best-selling technology dictionary is now even bigger, -- more pages, more definitions, more up to date. Corporations in telecom, networking and computing use it for training. Telecom users love it because it explains the industry. Colleges use it in courses. Lawyers use it in litigation. The New York Times said it is "A fixture on the desks of many who deal with the technical world." An industry newsletter said it was "The one reference book we can't do without." An industry newsletter said "Pound-for-pound it is the best telecom book we have ever seen." Reviewers on Amazon have consistently given the book five stars. A feature of the dictionary is that many of the definitions are not just an explanation of the technology, but also a primer on how the technology is used. Do's and don'ts about using the technology. Tips from personal experience. What works and what doesn't. What to watch out for. Warnings. The latest edition now defines 33,889 terms. That's 44 years of hard work. Buy your copy here, please. I think Harry may have found himself caught in the rainy season over in Vietnam. Good Luck Harry…..stay dry.
One day it rained.
Thnaks for recommending, i am looking ahead to find out more information about this topic.
Wow – have a great time! – Jane
Harry – How are those high yielding REIT's holding up? NLY , AGNC…? 18% yields- when something is too good to be true – it usually is! And its about to get worse.
they're down, but holding.
Hi Harry,
This brings back memories of my vacation in 08. Exotic places: ChinaBeach Central Vietnam, PhuQuoc island South Vietnam, Siemreap Angkor in Cambodia. Only thing i didn't like is the crazy traffic in Saigon.
Hope the local weather is OK and doesn't spoil your vacation, i think it's still rainy season over there until mid-october. Be extra careful about street foods and drinks as they're not often safe as they look. Have a great time, enjoy your stay.
